Please note that custom-framed pieces and limited edition commissions are subject to specific handling requirements to ensure their preservation.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Guest Services team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific packaging instructions for your artwork.
Secure the Artwork
Carefully repackage your art in its original gallery-grade shipping container, ensuring all protective corners and certificates of authenticity are included.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the crate or box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our curators inspect the piece for original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
